We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to help grow and scale our teams in the US, partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers to design impactful hiring strategies. You’ll take a consultative, proactive approach to the full recruitment lifecycle and build strong talent pipelines across multiple business functions, ensuring an inclusive and engaging candidate experience. You’ll also drive creative sourcing strategies and build scalable recruitment processes.
Take full accountability for setting the strategy and delivering the results for the TA function. You will be managing a distributed function with a small internal team and leveraging contract resources. Craft an authentic employer brand, using data to inform high-impact strategies, and want to create a best in class TA function.
